Ever just had a worship break? I did! This morning actually...and it brought so much peace to my heart, I thought i share it here. You know, when the children of Israel in 2 Chronicles 20 faced the enemy's threats, they faced that battle with worship. They placed the worshippers in the front and kept worshipping God. As they did, angels from heaven were dispatched from heaven and fought the battle for them. When they arrived at the battle scene, the enemy had died and all they had left to pick was the spoil. When we worship I like to think that’s exactly what happens, more than we know happens in the background of our worship. God never asked us to do life alone, he always sends help...help straight heaven from him directly or angelic help or human help...When we worship, we are reminded that God is there to help us his dear children.
Also, worship keeps our eyes on God. We remember who He is. Who he chooses to be to us. How He sees us and How He will always be there. There to love, to comfort, to heal and Be God, to you! Feeling some measure of burn out? Or facing something that seems so bigger than you? Perhaps you just want to come back and say thank you as you look at how far you have come? Well my Darlings, let’s take a worship break! And may the peace of God that passes all understanding rest on your hearts, and bring such quiet peaceful confidence to your soul. You are loved sweet one, always have and always will be loved by God, He will help. He is near...&& well, I love you too!! Xo
So here are some lyrics that I worshipped with this morning. Lyrics from 3 songs... “I am your Beloved”, “One thing Remains” && “Cornerstone”...enjoy! && Be blessed family. Much love from here! XO
“I am your Beloved by Jonathan + Melissa Helser”
I've heard the accusation
And I've heard the propaganda
I've heard the lies they whispered to my soul
That I have been forsaken
And I'll always be forgotten
No matter what I do it's not enough
And then I heard a voice
As it opened up the heavens
Reminding me of who I've always been
I am Your beloved, You have bought me with Your blood
And on Your hand You've written out my name
I am Your beloved, one the Father loves
Mercy has defeated all my shame
There's no accusation, or any condemnation
When I look into my Father's eyes
They don't see my sin, they only see redemption
This is how my heart has been defined
I can hear a voice
That is louder than the thunder
Reminding me of who I've always been
I am Your beloved, You have bought me with Your blood
And on Your hand, You've written out my name
I am Your beloved, one the Father loves
Mercy has defeated all my shame
Oh the One who knows me best
Is the One who loves me most
There is nothing I have done
That could change the Father's love
I am Your beloved, You have bought me with Your blood
And on Your hand You've written out my name
I am Your beloved, one the Father loves
Mercy has defeated all my shame
Your mercy, Your mercy
Defeated all my shame
Your mercy, Your mercy
Is making me whole again
Your mercy, beautiful mercy
Defeating all my shame
Oh mercy, I love Your mercy
It's making me whole again
Oh mercy, I love Your mercy
Oh mercy, I love Your mercy
I love Your mercy

“One thing Remains by Jesus Culture”
Higher than the mountains that I face
Stronger than the power of the grave
Constant in the trial and the change
This one thing remains
This one thing
This one thing
Your love never fails
It never gives up
It never runs out on me
Your love, Your love, Your love
And on and on and on and on it goes
It overwhelms and satisfies
My soul
And I never, ever have to be afraid
This one thing remains
In death, in life
I'm confident and covered by
The power of Your great love
My debt is paid
There's nothing that can separate
My heart from Your great love
Your love never fails
It never gives up
It never runs out on me
Your love, Your love, Your love

“Cornerstone by Hillsong Music”
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness
And I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly trust in Jesus name
When darkness seems to hide His face
I rest on His unchanging grace
In every high and stormy gale
My anchor holds within the veil
Christ alone, cornerstone
Weak made strong in the Savior's love
Through the storm
He is Lord, Lord of all
When He shall come with trumpet sound
Oh, may I then in Him be found
Dressed in His righteousness alone
Faultless, stand before the throne
